Back home.

We returned home in AU yesterday, jet-lagged thoroughly, but with all our luggage.

I'll admit I was feeling rather ambivalent; I was thrilled to see my cats again, but all that lovely warm, sunny weather and Gulf water!

Then, looking out my window this morning, I saw a flock of Lorikeets in our back garden. They've always been everywhere in Melbourne, but never in my back garden. I choose to interpret this as a sign: welcome home! ;)

Now I just have to get through my BL backlog...
