I read cozy and historical mysteries, a bit of Paranormal/UF, and to mix it up, I read science and gardening books on occasion.
Really good follow up to the first in the series. The character becomes more likeable and much less sad, although there's still a slight tendency towards melodrama. The mystery itself was interesting. Not sure why the author has the story taking place in the 80's, it threw me off a bit at first, because it's quite subtle. Still, I'm looking forward to the third book to come out.
