I read cozy and historical mysteries, a bit of Paranormal/UF, and to mix it up, I read science and gardening books on occasion.
This short novella got an extra half-star because it takes place amidst all of Lady Julia Grey's family, and I absolutely love them in all their wacky eccentricity.
The 'mystery' in this one was sort of an afterthought, in the sense that all that was involved in solving it was knocking at a cottage door. But it was still a really fun read with excellent writing and a little twist at the end.
I'm gonna miss Julia's family... more than I'll miss Julia and Brisbane.
